The Nowy Świat Pavilions involve well over a hundred people whose prime objective is to make your night unforgettable!
Over a hundred hearts and minds are committed to expanding Warsaw’s nightlife, simply and genuinely.
Last but not least, The Pavilions are a group of over twenty neighbouring pubs, bars, shot bars, and cocktail bars, most of which have been successfully operating for more than a dozen years.

Let me start by illustrating the most fantastic thing about working in the Pavilions.
They are created by people, all the visitors, starting with dishwashers, through caterers, bartenders, tramps, ending with politicians, dignitaries, film producers, artists, literally every possible individual that steps on the Warsaw soil. Still, a lot of foreigners come here as well, and they are the reason why working here is so satisfying: meeting different people and their personal stories.
